01. In Bangladesh Police is an organization providing services to the people.

02. All citizens have the opportunity to get equal legal rights in every 10th police station, regardless of caste, caste and political/social/political category.

03. The assistance will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

04. The police will show respect and give honorable address to all the persons who want help in the police station.

05. The duty officer will give full assistance to the person coming to report to the police station and the duty officer will give it to the applicant with the number, date and signature and seal of the officer in the 2nd copy.

06. The officer in charge of the person coming to file a case at the police station will make a verbal/written statement and will convey the number, date and section of the case and the name and designation of the investigating officer. He will be informed of the result in writing.

07. If a person comes to file a case at the Police Station, the Incharge Officer/Duty Officer of the Police Station expresses his inability to enter the case, then he will make a complaint on the said register as follows:-

(a) Note of the Assistant Superintendent of Police (Rsakale).

(b) If he does not take action in the said matter, the person shall pay the money to the Superintendent of Water Police.

(c) Thereafter, if he does not take any action against the said person, then the said person shall submit a note to the DOIG.

(d) If they do not take any action in the said matter, the Mahapulshi Pardarishkar will make a request for redressal in the said matter.

08. Injured victims will be provided with assistance from the police station and the police station will collect the police certificate for all the vehicles.

09. The provisions of the Children Act, 1974 will be followed in relation to juveniles/child offenders and it will be ensured that they do not come in contact with the elderly criminals. For this purpose, juvenile detention centers will be arranged alternately in all police stations in Dasher.

10. Mahila will ensure the safety of the accused/victim as far as possible through Mahila Police.

12. Victim Support Unit will be introduced in all Police Stations alternately in Dussehra to provide relief assistance to injured/mentally distressed Victims.

13. After receipt of all inquiries regarding passport/verification/firearms license etc., investigation will be completed within 3 (two) days and a report will be sent from the police station to the coordination unit.

14. In case of non-observance of legal assistance from the police station or any complaint against any police member, a complaint may be lodged with the higher authorities.

(a) The higher authority in the field shall take appropriate legal action within 15 (second) days of receiving the notice and shall notify the user thereof.

15. The telephone numbers of Superintendent of Police, Additional Superintendent of Police, ASP (Hodecoorts), ASP and Police Officer in charge of the police station will be displayed in a public place in the police station.

18. Senior police officers will conduct anti-crime/public relations meetings with the regulated community and attempt to find legal solutions to social problems.

19. Police Clearance Certificate will be issued to candidates traveling for foreign employment/higher education.

20. If any organization withdraws more than the amount of money from the bank, arrangements will be made with the Police Inspector as per the requirement to carry the said money back.
